We didn’t end up buying the house right away—for financial reasons, we decided to rent first. Irina actually suggested, “Maybe it’s better to rent for a year until things settle, so it’s not so much stress on your family.” When we heard that, we felt so relieved. She had already spent so much time helping us look at homes and even connected us with the perfect lender, Ryan Lehrman. We’re so thankful because it was clear she was only looking out for our best interest. She found us a great rental, and when the time is right, we’ll absolutely be buying a house through her. Irina knows how to open doors—literally and figuratively. Her network is incredible, and she kept us updated on every detail, no matter how small.Posted on Google

She’s clever, sharp, and somehow always five steps ahead. The whole process felt seamless because she stayed on top of everything—even when we were out of town.Posted on Google

Mathesh Rstnj31/05/2025Funniest part? We weren’t even planning to buy. We were “just browsing,” and now we live in a place that checks every box. Irina is part therapist, part detective, part magician. She knew what we needed before we did.Posted on Google
