Irina Ahdoot
Irina has lived in Paradise Valley since 2011. She arrived from Ukraine with no inherited network and no head start, and she built her career here from the ground up, in a new country and a new language. That history is the reason relocating and international clients trust her so quickly. She’s been in their position.
She holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation through the National Association of REALTORS, speaks English, Russian, and Ukrainian, and belongs to the invitation-only Top Agent Network.
For an international buyer, that combination is rare. As an international luxury real estate agent in Arizona, she can guide clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives in the language they actually think in.
Vincent Alagna
Vincent has spent more than a decade in the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley luxury market. He entered real estate at the end of 2012, when the industry was still working its way out of the crash, and built his career through it. His view was simple: if he could make it in a hard market, he could make it anywhere.
He’s a certified luxury agent with a Marketing degree and a minor in Interior Architecture from Columbia College Chicago, and he specializes in custom home development, land acquisition, and lot evaluation. His design background gives him an eye most agents don’t have. He’s known for one thing above all, finding people the home they couldn’t find on their own.

Beyond real estate, Irina and her husband Daniel co-founded United4Ukraine in 2022, three days after Russia’s invasion of her home country began. The charity has raised over $2.5 million and delivered aid to communities across Ukraine.
